Baked Kale Chips


Just like potato chips you can’t stop at eating just one they really are quite addictive.




1 x Bunch of kale

1 tablespoon of Olive Oil

1 teaspoon of seasoned salt

2 cloves of garlic finely minced (optional)


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees or Gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  • Wash and thoroughly dry kale. With a kitchen knife or scissors remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite sized pieces.

  • Place the kale in a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil and salt and garlic (optional). Toss to evenly coat all the pieces.

  • Lay the kale in single layers on the baking tray and then bake in the oven for 10- 15 minutes
